Quick Search in Sage 50 Accounts
The Quick Search option, since v29, allows you to search against any information held within the record and can now be found within the drop-down lists.

Helpful Searching Tips:
When searching in customers and suppliers (in the right-hand corner) the standard view must  be selected – not chase debt or manage payments.
The search isn’t case sensitive and looks for all characters entered.
When searching for dates use the format DD/MM/YYYY
To return to the default view you must click the clear filter button –deleting the search criteria only, won’t revert to the default view.
